Kinetic equation for electrons in systems of charged particles with strong ion-ion interaction

A simple derivation is given for the kinetic equation for electrons in a system of charged particles with strong ion-ion interaction. The screening of the Coulomb field of the electrons and ions is taken into account explicitly.
