Basing on the collective hamiltonian, which is constructed by the method of the boson representations of fermion operators, expressions are obtained for the potential energy, mass coefficients and moments of inertia. In the framework of a simple model the comparison of the potential energies which are found by the self-consistent field method and by the method suggested in this paper, is made.
