Absorption of ultra-cold neutrons by the trap walls is considered with, taking into account the non-smooth character of the boundary vacuum – medium. It the framework of the point scatterer-model, imitating a separate non-smooth piece of the surface, it is shown that the deviation of the boundary surface from an ideal form leads to decreasing of the absorption coefficient $W$ of the ultra-cold neutrons. The correction $\Delta W/W_{\scriptsize{ ideal}}$ in practically interesting cases is of the order of several percents.
