Two-particle Green's functions in the theory of an electron gas

A study is made of an approximate solution of the chain of equations for the irreducible parts of the commutator two-time temperature Green's functions that takes into account successively the dynamical screening of the Coulomb interaction in exchange terms of first order. An expression is obtained for the polarization operator of the system and the dispersion of the plasma frequency at low temperatures is calculated.
