Ladder representations of $U(6,6)$ are used to classify hadrons. The physical part of the space of the meson and baryon ladders is separated out on the basis of a single rule (the group meaning of this rule has already been considered [5, 6]). The corresponding vectors of meson and baryon states are obtained. For this purpose, use is made of a complete set of commuting self-adjoint operators (introduced in [8]), which include the hypercharge, the baryon number, the squares of the spin and the isospin, their third projections, etc. The results are expressed in classification tables.
