Stochastic spaces
Teoretičeskaâ i matematičeskaâ fizika, Tome 11 (1972) no. 1, pp. 3-8
A calculation is made of the phase fluctuations of a wave that propagates in a stochastically homogeneous medium; in particular , the physical vacuum. The concept of a stochastic space is introduced. It is shown that a cutoff form-factor must be introduced in the relativistic case to obtain convergent results.
