On the average field for quasiparticles in nuclei

The possibility of extracting the one-particle motion in nuclei is considered by methods of the theory of many-body systems. It is shown that the account of the nuclear polarization by an “outer” nucleon or a hole leads to the energy dependence of the average field. The properties of this field are considered.
