Properties of the cross-sections of elastic and inelastic processes following from the general principles of quantum field theory are reviewed. By means of the unitarity and the Dyson representation the analiticity region in the $\cos\theta$-plane is established and the lower bound of the forward scattering amplitude decreasing is found.
