Collective states and the statistics of systems of identical atoms

Under the assumption that the symmetrization postulate is violated, the second-quantization
method is generalized in the quantum-mechanical approach. A formula is obtained for the
equilibrium distribution of atoms over states (expression for generalized statistics). The
well-known Bose–Einstein, Fermi– Dirae, and Boltzmann distributions follow as special
cases from this expression.
