The many-electron nonequilibrium statistical operator is used to construct the equations of momentum and energy balance. These describe the kinetics of spatially homogeneous distributions of current carriers in conducting crystals in strong crossed electric and magnetic fields. A study is made of the case of high densities of the conduction electrons when their nonequilibrium state can be described by the average values of the total energy, total momentum,
and the particle number.
