Overgroups of unipotent subgroups of groups of Lie type over fields

We describe the subgroups of a group of Lie type over a field containing its maximal unipotent subgroup. The results are similar to the description of parabolic subgroups of groups with $(B,N)$-pair given by J.Tits.
