Universal spaces with filtration

We prove the existence of universal space for metric spaces with filtration. This universal space is a filtered absolute extensor. In the category of metric spaces with filtration the analog of Dugundji's theorem about linear spaces with filtration is established and the question about the coincidence of absolute retracts and extensors is resolved.
