It is shown that there exists spatially homogeneous and isotropic Bianchi type-I cosmological model in Wesson's [1] Scale-invariant theory of gravitation when the source of the gravitational field is a perfect fluid characterised by the equation of state $p=pc^2$. Consequently the degenerated vacuum cosmological model, in this theory, is presented and the physical properties are stutied.
