This paper deals with the instationar flat MHD boundary layer. The magnetic field is homogenous and perpendicular to the body. The fluid is incompressible and its electroconductivity is constant. By solving of this problem, the three groups of parameters have been used from which the one is monoelement. The universal equation of the described problem has been obtained in this way. This equation has been solved in the three-parametric localized approximation. The part of obtained results in this paper is given in the diagrams.
