A monotony method in quasistatic rate-type viscoplasticity

In this paper we consider an initial and boundary problem describing the quasistatic evolution for some semilinear viscoplastic models.
We prove a result of existence and uniqueness of the solution using monotonicity arguments followed by a Cauchy-Lipschitz type technique.
