Variational principle and error estimate for a non-linear heat conduction problem

The variational principle for stationary heat conduction with temperature-dependent heat generation in cylinders and spheres is constructed. On the basis of this principle approximate solutions for several problems are obtained. Also, error of such approximate solutions is estimated.
