In this paper we propose a metric based on Godel's cosmological model. The metric tensor is represented by two functions, $v$ and $t$, depending on $x^1$ and $x^4$ respectively. Two functions of the proposed metric are determined from the condition that the Ricci tensor is proportional to the metric tensor. In this way we obtain an example of Einstein spaces.
