Analyzing fluctuations of the normal form of dynamically changing systems that have a conservative form under certain conditions. The method used is given in the articles of Rosenberg, which refers to conservative systems. The analogy of geometrical and dynamical objects is used to require modal lines and only normal coordinates of developing variables. The same act applies to both linear and non-linear systems, it is only required that the force function be of a certain kind.
