In this paper, a non-linear formulation of deformations is presented in order to analyze bending of arcs of general shape. A stiffness matrix was specially developed for the arch element roof. The solution was obtained by the method of iterative increments, and a coordinate system was used that changes with the change in the configuration of the structure in the process of deformation.
