Kinetic stress tensor in statistical theory of screw parallel dislocations
Theoretical and applied mechanics, Tome 5 (1979) no. 1, p. 91
The constitutive function for the kinetic stress tensor of the dislocation arrangement is derived using a partition function based on a statistically defined equilibrium. It was shown that this function depends on the dislocation density and temperature.
