In the paper, the formulation of the boundary condition of the pinned plate in the complex form is given in two variants. One of them is simpler, but it is not universally usable. The solutions to the boundary value problem for a circular plate, for an infinitely extended plate with a circular opening and for a half-plane are shown below.
