The paper considers an ideal charged fluid of finite conductivity according to the scheme proposed by Lišnerović. The energy-impulse tensor of such a fluid is not symmetrical due to the appearance of electric and magnetic induction, so it is not certain in advance that the eigenvalues will be realistic. In the work, the conditions for the solutions to be realistic are reached, and then the eigenvectors are calculated. All four eigenvectors are of spatial type
