In this work the authors treat an interesting problem of double-row vortices in a second-order non-ncwtonic fluid. In the first case it was found that in this viscous-elastic liquid the turbulence increases with time, insofar as the distance between these two-row turbulences is below the critical value. On the other hand, if this distance exceeds the critical value, the turbulence decreases with time. This critical distance value depends on the elasticity of the liquid.
