Micromorphic theory of thin shells

The balance equations for mass, microinertia tensors, momentum and moment of momentum, energy and moment of energy of arbitrary grade are derived for thin micromorphic shells using the master balance law. The balance equations of thin micropolar shells are obtained as a special case.
