Based on Rachmatulin's and Faisullayev's models of multi-phase systems, a difference method for solving incompressible multi-phase equations n is described. Using the methods of Ladyshenskaja and others, it can be shown that the approximating equations are clearly solvable and compatible, that the solutions of the difference equations converge to the solutions of the differential equations when the space-time network is refined and, with sufficiently small time step sizes, are stable with regard to the initial values and the external ones forces are.
