In the work it was shown how the fundamental equations of small forced vibrations of bodies in stratified liquid with a specific stratification law (different from exponential!) can be reduced to the equations with constant coefficients. The solutions of elliptic and hyperbolic vibrations of a disk were obtained using the method of integral transformations. The existence of a resonance effect in a spatially confined stratified liquid has been demonstrated. Also, the complex case of vibrations in rotating stratified liquid was analyzed and some interesting implications that follow from the interaction of rotation and stratification of the liquid were pointed out.
