On solvability of inverse problems of determining point sources

We examine the questions of solvability, uniqueness, and some qualitative properties of solutions to inverse problems of determining point sources (the right-hand side of a special form) in a parabolic equation. We describe the classes of data for which the problem has a solution, present some existence and uniqueness results with data in these classes, and also some asymptotic representations of the Green function of the stationary problem.
