An inverse problem of spectral analysis is studied for non-self-adjoint systems of ordinary differential equations on a half-line. The formulation of this inverse problem is presented, a uniqueness theorem is proved, a constructive procedure for the solution of the inverse problem is put forward, and necessary and sufficient conditions for its solubility are provided.
