Expantion of Hecke polynomials of classical groups

In this paper spherical functions of generators of the Hecke rings of the unitary, orthogonal, and symplectic groups over a local field are explicitly computed, and a factorization is constructed for the standard Hecke polynomials of these rings in passing to the Hecke ring of a parabolic subgroup.
