On Nilpotent Subsemigroups in some Matrix Semigroups

We describe maximal nilpotent subsemigroups of a given nilpotency class in the semigroup Ωn of all n × n real matrices with non-negative coefficients and the semigroup Dn of all doubly stochastic real matrices.
