Automorphism groups of finite local rings of characteristic~$p$

We describe the group of automorphisms of a local finite rings of characteristic $p$ with Jacobson radical $J$ such that $J^4=(0)$, $J^3\neq (0)$ and $R/J\cong GF(p^r)$, the finite field of $p^r$ elements.
