Characterization of Chernikov groups in class of Shunkov groups with Sylow four-subgroup

We consider groups whose Sylow $2$-subgroup is a four-group $L$ and the centralizers of involutions of $L$ are Chernikov groups. Under these circumstances we have obtained a characterization of Chernikov groups in a class of Shunkov groups.
