In this article we aim to illustrate the geometrical work of Pascal, paying special attention to the Conicorum opus completum, his never published treatise on conic sections and whose manuscript has been lost. To this end we comment the summary that Pascal presented to the Academiae Parisiensi in 1654, the description that Leibniz made of the content of the manuscript and the notes he took in 1676 while reading it. The analysis of these documents also allows to understand the real extension of what Pascal himself called “hexagrammun mysticum”, of which the famous hexagon theorem is only a part.
