La geometria dell'Apparecchio per la Ricerca di Travolti in Valanga (ARTVa)

The present paper is devoted to describing suitable algebraic geometric properties of the field lines of amagnetic field generated by an avalanche beacon (ARTVa device). Moreover, we will explain how these properties may improve the current search strategy of people overwhelmed by an avalanche and the technical features of the ARTVa device itself.
