This is the second and last part of a work concerning the movement and its relationship to the origins of Infinitesimals. We discuss here Aristotle's and Galilee's conceptions on the movement. From the Middle Ages till Galilee's physics, Aristotelian theory, under different forms, were dominant in Europe. We want to show the difficulties to quantify the movement did not lie in some philosophical aspects of Aristotle's philosophy, but in the absence of mathematical tools for unifying the concept of celerity. This tools will be found only through Infinitesimals. Conversely, only Galilee's works on the movement made possible the foundations of the theory of Infinitesimals.
