Correct evaluation of alternatives weight coefficients in the method of analytical hierarchies

Problem of weight coefficients calculation of the alternatives for regularities discovery and decision-making support is considered. Procedure for estimating significance of features on the base of introduced special measures is suggested. The properties of this procedure are proofed and the illustrative examples are given.
