Suboptimal integral observation operators in dynamical systems with delay

Dynamical time-delay system with uncertain initial data is considered. Algorithm of estimation of functionals on system's solutions by measurement's results is proved. Optimal weight functions in integral observation operators, that minimize garanted estimation, are constracted approximately with the help of the dinamic programming method.
