When finding approximate solutions of equations using iterative methods, the stress is usually on the construction of a sequence converging to the solution. Very rarely the attention is paid to the way of this process ends. This can even result in making errors when finding approximate solutions. The aim of this article is to show how to overcome some of these difficulties
