Recent Developments and Results of the European Libraries Project Ebooks on Demand (Eod), National and University Library, Slovenia

We present recent developments and results of the European EOD project/network, focusing on activities of the National and University Library (NUK), Slovenia. The applied service business model has been very successful and has led to the increase of the EOD membership. A statistical overview of the EOD eBooks orders in NUK is presented as well as the results of orders and user patterns. At the same time, social media approach is creating unprecedented collections of information about endangered cultural heritage, which could not be captured by means of conventional academic methods.
