Formation of the complexly organized nanostructures based on the FeO$_{x}$--SiO$_{2}$--TiO$_{2}$ system

The results of investigation of the influence of heat treatment parameters on the complexly organized structures formation in the FeO$_{x}$–SiO$_{2}$–TiO$_{2}$ system are presented. It is shown that the spinodal decomposition mechanism of the liquid phases is a general nature and can be used to create materials with hierarchical organization of structure elements. Examples and ways of the nanoscale elements formation are given.
