On Best Convergence of Series in the Systems $\varphi(nx)$

Sufficient conditions for the best convergence in $L_p$ of series in systems $\varphi(nx)$, where $\varphi(x)$ are polynomials or series in trigonometric and Walsh systems, are obtained.
