Linearity of Automorphisms of Standard Quadrics of Codimension $m$ in $\mathbb C^{m+n}$

Standard quadrics of codimension $m$ in $\mathbb C^{m+n}$ are considered. A condition for all automorphisms of such quadrics to be linear is given.
