An example of a~continuous flow on the torus with mixed spectrum

In this paper an example is constructed of a flow on the torus $\dot x=\alpha F(x,y)$, $\dot y=F(x,y)$, $x$, $y\bmod1$, with continuous $F>0$ and irrational $\alpha$ which has a mixed spectrum.
