On toric fiberings over surfaces

As a generalization of Seifert spaces we consider flberings over surfaces with a toric fiber and possibly with special singularities. If the class of the base or the number of singular fibers are sufficiently large, it is found that also in the higher dimensions these spaces are defined by their fundamental groups and carry in fact only one Seifert fibering.
