On Elaboration of the Concept of Mathematical Education

The author provides his opinion on three versions of the concept of mathematical education in Russia. The paper also suggests, for discussion, a program of realizing the aims of the school course “Algebra and Elements of Calculus” which were set by the Kolmogorov reform.
