Was considered analysis of the classic models and tehnotsenologicheskie methods of regional electrotechnical complex consumption forecasting, as the main model of energy consumption in the process. Was offered new approach of electricity consumption forecasting, based on the combined implemention of the classic models and tehnotsenologicheskih methods.
Keywords: forecasting, model, management, regional electrotechnical complex, power consumption, rank analysis, technocenose.
