The restructuring of transonic laminar flow around of an oversized cone-cylinder body

The results of numerical simulation of transonic flow over hammerhead launch vehicle with an ogive dome are presented. The laminar Navier–Stokes equations are solved. The consideration is given to the features of the reconstruction of the flow which appears with the increase of free stream Mach number. The results are compared to the character of the change of turbulent flow.
