Numerical modeling of some aspects of the power impact of electromagnetic fields in a conducting medium

This paper gives a survey of the stationary flow of a conducting fluid in the gap between two coaxial cylinders. Numerical simulation was carried out on the basis of the equations of magnetohydrodynamics, implemented in the software package ANSYS.
