The program package for the investigation and optimization of nonlinear non-stationary processes in the microwave generators with electron feedback

The program package has been developed for the modeling of nonlinear non-stationary processes in the generators with electron feedback based on the electron beams with virtual cathode (VC) and for the calculation of output characteristics of such devices. The underlying analytical model of the program package is described in the paper in detail. The numerical methods used in the program realization of the analytical model and its peculiarities are described too. The structure of the applied program package and the results of test calculations for various systems with VC are presented.
