In article the collector of the noncoherent electromagnetic energy distributed in space is considered. This device, according to a plan, can represent itself as the converter of electromagnetic noise (mainly from infrared area with length of a wave in a vicinity of 10 microns) in constant or nearly so current of useful loading. It is shown schematic design and results of computing experiment. Promotion of this device assumes nanotechnological perspective.
